I just experienced possibly hands down the best customer service of all time! I recently purchased a sock for my boyfriends birthday from Mk Socks. After receiving shipping tracking information, I patiently waited for my sock to arrive. As promised, a package arrived 2 days later —but I realized I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I looked for a solution to my error. There, in plain sight, was a “Contact Us” option. I clicked it, and filled out the necessary information and in the message expressing my mistake. Matthew responded to my message immediately and informed me that he would send me the correct size with a return label. Not only was the experience seamless and painless, but incredibly refreshing! I am so impressed! What a remarkable person and company. They have a customer for life!!!
