Initially there was an issue with the shipping of my order... due to regional severe weather my package got hung up in the FedEx hub. I contacted the company via email. The owner, Matthew, responded to my email and later followed up with me via text message and a personal phone call. He was exceptionally professional and apologetic for the delay in my order. He was willing to do whatever was in his power to make the situation right. I was very impressed with his kindness, understanding and compassion of my situation.
Thankfully, my package finally moved through the FedEx system and arrived. The socks turned out great and I'm very pleased with them. I would recommend this company to anyone. The custom socks do take a while (the 3-4 weeks advertised on their site is real), so you'll have to plan ahead, but they are worth the wait. And the owner of this company is absolutely top notch and will definitely take care of you! I'm very impressed.
